We take great care in packaging and delivering your products safely. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products Only: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including personal dissatisfaction or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Return Process: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering your order within the promised time frame. If we fail to do so, you will be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Delivery Time: We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 10 business days of your purchase date. If your order is not delivered within this time frame, you may request a full refund.

  • Damaged Products: Refunds will also be issued if the product received is damaged or defective, and a return is requested following our Return Policy.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Time Frame: Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot process a return or refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including perishable goods, opened products, and products with tampered packaging, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
